Refund Policy for inno100.tech

At inno100, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality services in a timely and professional manner. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our digital and physical products and services.


 1. Web Development Services

  • Due to the nature of custom development work, refunds are not available once a project has commenced and design or development work has begun.

  • If a cancellation is requested before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable administrative or consulting fees).

  • If you are not satisfied with the final product, we are happy to work with you to make revisions as outlined in your service agreement.


 2. Logo Design Services

  • Logo design services include a set number of revisions as agreed upon at the start of the project.

  • Refunds are not offered once initial concepts have been delivered.

  • If the design process has not started, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the time of cancellation.


3. Custom Canvas Printing

  • Since each canvas is made-to-order and personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either:

    • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a full refund (at our discretion)


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
