Job Description

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality websites using modern technologies and CMS platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and front-end development, and can translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into fully functional web pages. A solid understanding of APIs, PHP, SEO, and responsive design is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and deploy modern websites using WordPress, Shopify, Framer, and custom front-end code.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to build pixel-perfect pages based on Figma mockups.
• Integrate and interact with backend services via REST APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Configure and customize themes, templates, and CMS structures.
• Work with PHP for WordPress customizations.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and clean, maintainable code.
• Manage hosting, website updates, and technical troubleshooting when needed.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio or live links required).
• Strong skills in WordPress (custom themes, advanced customization, plugins setup).
• Experience with Shopify (customization, Liquid basics).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience converting Figma designs into responsive pages.
• Experience with PHP for backend or WordPress development.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Familiarity with modern page builders (Elementor, Divi, Framer, or Webflow).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Node.js (as a plus).
• Knowledge of TypeScript, GSAP, or animation libraries.
• Experience with Webflow or Framer for high-end prototypes.
• Familiarity with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean).
• Understanding of Shopify Liquid for deeper customization.
• Experience with automated testing or QA tools.
